A Writing Workshop

16 July 2022
1:00—3:00 PM

Writer/Producer Lindsay Knecht and Strategist/Editor Emily Edwards lead a workshop titled Poetics of Whatever—Writing for Zines, which uses short-form writing as a way to locate and expand the role of text in our projects. Attendees will leave with tools to form their own workshop circle and a clear direction for their zine.

Event 006

A Risograph Workshop

19 July 2022
6:00—8:00 PM

Create a 2 color RISO mini print or postcard with Strange Powers Press. The workshop will include an introduction to risograph printing on the GR3770. Participants will create graphics in class and learn basic color separation and registration techniques for RISO printing. Each student will leave with an edition of 15-20  prints.
